This is Sieglinde Sullivan from the Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler manga. I thought she was just the cutest thing- so I decided to draw her.
She has a great personality, and she's a witch too c:
The only thing that's bothering me is that Sebastian is temporarily her butler so she'll heal Ciel... Sebastian belongs with Ciel, not her ;-;
